Easy Setup
Simplicity is at the core of our services. So we've made it simple and quick to get started. Here is how it's done:
- We meet briefly to discuss the type of services you desire, and sign a short Engagement Letter and change of address authorization form.
- You start sending us your bills as they come in, using our postage-paid envelopes. Many people find it helpful to do it weekly -- every Friday, for example.
- You send us your two most recent bank statements and canceled checks, which we post and return to you. This allows us to see what has been paid recently.
- We take care of changing the billing addresses, so that eventually all the bills come directly to us. You still see them when you sign the checks, however.
- That's all there is to it. Every two weeks or ten days, you will receive a package of checks ready to sign and drop in the mail.
- If we sign the checks for you, or make online payments, we will return all supporting information to you along with listings of all the payments made on your behalf.
